A wedding ring to immortalize love in your photos and your life

The true beauty of a ring is that it has no beginning or end, which is perhaps why rings are entwined with the concept of love and marriage—they symbolize an eternal vow. The history of wearing the wedding ring on the fourth finger has an amusingly romantic, though erroneous, origin in ancient Greek thought which believed that the Vena Amoris (literally meaning ‘vein of love’) ran in the ring finger and had a direct connection to the heart. What better finger to place the ring that stood for the vow of eternal love?

Not inherently part of the traditions on this side of the world, wedding rings are becoming increasingly popular with the advent of globalization. Whether it is gold or platinum, diamond or sapphire, wedding rings are now taking hold of the Indian imagination—brides and grooms love exchanging rings as a lasting symbol of their vows. Some of the most popular kinds are diamonds set in platinum or white gold, simple gold wedding bands, or intricately designed yellow gold rings.

Wedding rings are one of the core elements of a wedding and they make for some of the most breathtaking pictures in your wedding photoshoot, exactly why photographers love them. The precision and craft of rings, and the invaluable place they hold in your life can reflect in your wedding pictures with a soul of their own.

Humans are not perfect, but rings can be!

Even if I don't believe in eternal love, I kinda like how a simple ring has been explained, especially it's value. As a piece of remembrance of beautiful memories ee have with beautiful people we meet, and many that we love. Nice writing..
